What we collect

MySchoolPort is an opt-in directory. We collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email, optional photo, name-pronunciation recording, phone, and the groups you join. Schools provide their organization details. Merchants provide business contact details.

Who can see it

Your profile is visible only to approved families at your school. You control per-field visibility for your email, phone, and "about" text. Your name and photo are visible to approved members of your school. We never sell your data.

Children

The directory is for parents and guardians. Any optional child/classroom reference is used solely for grouping, is privacy-gated, and is never shown as a public child profile.

Payments

Sponsorship and coupon donations are paid by merchants directly to each school's 501(c)(3); MySchoolPort does not process those payments. The only payment we process is each school's subscription to the platform.

Your choices

You can edit or hide your information at any time in My Profile, adjust email preferences in Settings, or request account deletion by contacting support@myschoolport.com.
