Using MySchoolPort

MySchoolPort, an OfficePort platform, provides a private parent directory and fundraising tools to participating schools and their 501(c)(3) parent groups. Access requires a valid invite/join code and, where enabled, admin approval. Use the platform only for its intended community and fundraising purposes.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your login secure. Don't share content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing. Schools' admins may remove members who violate these terms.

Fundraising & donations

Sponsorships and coupon donations are transactions between merchants and a school's 501(c)(3) organization. MySchoolPort provides quoting, invoicing, and tracking tools but does not collect or process those donations and is not a party to them. Donation acknowledgment letters are provided for convenience and are not tax advice.

Subscriptions

Schools subscribe to the platform on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are separate from any fundraising activity.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, OfficePort is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
